Data Deletion

You can have the data associated with your Code Savant account — including any data obtained through accounts you connected (such as Facebook) — deleted.

Disconnect an account instantly

To remove a connected account and delete its stored access token immediately, sign in to your portal at portal.codesavant.tech, go to Connections, and choose Disconnect for that platform. This revokes our access and deletes the stored token right away.

Request full deletion

To delete your account and associated data (conversations, leads, appointments, connected-account tokens, and marketing content), email privacy@codesavant.tech from the address on your account, or call (888) 325-0102, with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include your business name and the phone number or email on file.

What happens next

• We confirm your request and verify you own the account.
• We delete the requested data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example, billing records for tax purposes), which we retain only as long as required and then delete.
• We send you confirmation when it's done.

If you connected a Facebook account, disconnecting in the portal (above) also revokes Code Savant's access to your Facebook data. You can additionally remove Code Savant from your Facebook account under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
